The Selection methodology:
- Part 1: One-One-Interview: Upto 25 Marks. ( either Onsite or Virtual) on Dec-18th, 2021.
- Part 2: Educational Videos: Upto 25 Marks. Completing the Videos from the Maya Kannan Broadcasting Network under mayaNomics and menschForce Playlists.: 25% – Before December 19th, 2021 (Click Below)
- Part 3: Group Discussions-Upto 25 Marks. To be organized online through Zoom meeting on monday, 20th December. You should register at menschForce LinkedIn Event Page as below:

- Part 4: Assessment Test- Upto 25 Marks. This is an online Assessment test to be conducted at https://afir.st/XuDAy . You should register at the website provided using the same email ID you have used to register for the Fair. This test should be completed on or before December 19th at Midnight India time at your own convenience.
The total Scoring should be based on 100 with up to 25 Marks rewarded to each Part above.
