Staff Aug Projects

Type-A Projects are time-based projects where the clients pay for the onsite/offsite based work. Most of these engagements are hire-to-work where the client has the right to material ownership.

Time & Material

Type-B projects are Time & Material projects where the clients pay for the time with a condition of delivery of work products. Depending on the type of smart Contract, clients shall have full or partial ownership or just license for the work products.

Finished Products

Type-C projects are the ones where the customers pay for the Finished product or solutions. The consultants or vendor companies shall get either sell their work output / product on full-right purchase or licence or royalty models.

Type-D engagements are digital Asset trade. A combination of A, B and/or C can be individually or jointly packaged an digiBlitz Karma Capsule Network as digital Assets and get traded.

Protecting Investors' Interests

While we are helping buyers and sellers of services and products to achieve their goals, we care about investors whose investments’ protection we wish to guarantee to the maximum extent.

To protect the interest of the digital Asset holders, we have created menschForce Foundation a West Virginia non-profit organization in the USA. All the digital Asset holders of the menschForce system will automatically become a member of this organization with “1” voting right per coin. As long as the trader(buyer/seller) holds the MFC digital Asset, they automatically get the voting right per coin. In addition to the USA, the menschForce foundation will establish either a sub-chapter or an Independent foundation in every country(or region) around the world to protect the interest of the digital asset holders/members of that country/region but under the same Operating Rules/ Principles.

If an investor is not content with the progress and the results of a given milestone, the dissatisfaction may be expressed after every milestone during the voting process. If the majority of the investors have voted “yes”, the escrow, enforced by a smart contract, will allow the use of the funds allocated for the next milestone.
